We had the honor of speaking with Amber Chestnut, Marketing Associate with Second Servings Houston. Second Servings Houston is a non-profit organization that focuses on addressing two critical issues: food waste and hunger. We learned so much about their efforts including: food rescue, redistribution, meal preparation, food education and advocacy.
